How Do I Return or Exchange My Play Cocky Order?

You can return or exchange most Play Cocky purchases for any reason within 30 days.

Ship Your Return or Exchange

  • Find the item in your order history, open the order, then select “Start a Return or Exchange” and follow the prompts. For exchanges, Play Cocky Members will see options for eligible replacement items, and we’ll guide you through the process to make a selection.
  • For both returns and exchanges, we’ll provide Play Cocky Members a UPS return QR code for fast and free shipping at a UPS store. You’ll need to box your items and bring them to UPS within 14 days of initiating the return or exchange.
  • Play Cocky Members also have the option to print a pre-paid label themselves, then drop the shipment at UPS or schedule a UPS pickup (for a fee).
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll either issue your refund or ship your exchange.

Guests will need to print a label and ship the return with the carrier of your choice—you’ll also need to cover the shipping costs. And if you’d like to make an exchange, please contact us for help.

Frequently Asked Questions

Depending on which option you chose when submitting up your return, here’s where to drop it off:

  • UPS return code: Take your packaged return to The UPS Store and show your return code—you can find it on your order details page. You can only use the UPS return code at The UPS Store locations.
  • Printed label: You can drop it off at any eligible UPS location. Eligible locations include The UPS Store and UPS Access Points.

Tip: When using the UPS location finder, filter by location type and select either “The UPS Store” or “UPS Access Point” to see the nearest locations that fit your needs.

Guests can use their preferred carrier but will need to cover the shipping costs.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, you can follow the instructions above to return the delivered item and then place a new order for item you want. Nike Members also may have the option to exchange the wrong or damaged item (if eligible).

If an item is missing from your shipment, first check your order status—if you ordered multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries and the missing item may arrive separately. If your entire order shows as delivered, be sure to check all delivery locations for an additional package (for example, front porch, mailbox, etc.). If you have all shipments and are still missing an item, please contact us.

If you have a potentially defective or flawed item, and it’s been less than 30 days since the purchase, simply choose a return option above. If it’s been more than 30 days and your item is potentially defective or flawed, unfortunately we are unable to process a refund.
